Introduction Why India? How this all came about ... Intro
    The trip would be 18 days of travel, touring, eating Indian food, visiting relatives, having fun, being amazed, and whatever else crossed my path.

Start of the
Adventure
  We flew out of Grand Forks to Minneapolis in the morning. The flight from Minneapolis to Amsterdam was 9 hours and the flight from Amsterdam to Mumbai was 9 hours. Phew... I think I watched 5 movies and played lots of Pac Man.
Oct. 6
Flight to
Amsterdam
  We flew into Amsterdam around 6:30 a.m. and we had a few hours to hang out before our next flight. This is the largest airport I've ever been in! Flight/Layover

Arrival in India
  What a long two days. We left on a Monday morning and arrived late Tuesday night. After being on a plane for 19 hours, we had to sit in a car for another 3 hours to get to Pune. Ugh...   Arrival in India
Oct. 7
Pune, Maharashtra
  Day 1 - The first full day in India was spent resting and recovering from major jet lag. We took a walk and went to visit Nalinee.   First Day in India

Mumbai, Maharashtra
  Day 2 - Rohinee, Nalinee, and I went to Mumbai on our second day in India. The mountains were amazing to see during the day. Mumbai is more than just a city; it is a metropolis with all of the people, traffic, and the sheer size of the city.   Day trip to Mumbai
Oct. 9-15
Golden Triangle Tour
  I left for Delhi on Friday. The tour included the cities of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. Wish me luck... I'm on my own in a country of one (1) billion people.   Start of Tour
